Hi; i'm running comunications manager business edition ver. 6.1.2 with unity connection 2.1.2; i made the integration and tested with two users created from the callmanager administration; the problem is that i can not create a user using the unity connection interface (in the user section does not appear this option) i can not change the password options in the user templates either, so users can not initialize their mailbox (this option appears as read only); the same situation occurs when accessing the axl servers section on the telephony integration. i'm using the default application user: ccmadministrator.
that is expected, i'd recommend you to go thru the whole guides in order to understand how this works
the changes need to be done on CUCM, under user management -> credential policy and credential policy default options
