Please see attached error message and advice why this is happening. I'm strying to SSH into a switch and I'm being prompt with this message so I had to restart SSH session.

Set the SSH version as 2 on the switch.
Also set the preferred SSH protocol version in PUTTY as v2.

done that but same message still appearing.
