In a new design I'm deciding wether to go for 2960-24PC-L's or 3560-24PS's as my access layer. I have need for; POE, 24 ports on each switch and to enable either auto-qos or trust cos. No layer 3 is required at the access layer. IP Phones will be used but are NEC DTerms.

Would I be right to assume the 2960-24PC-L will be fine for the job?
