Hi. Can I use only VTP transparent switches for creating and displaying VLANs, displaying STP topology in the Topology View of CM5.1? Or I have to use one VTP server and all remaining switches can be in the VTP transparent mode? Thank you.
You can have a network of all VTP transparent switches. It is recommended you give them all VTP domain names, though. If you use the same VTP domain name across multiple switches, they should contain the same VLANs.
