Agent Desktop Field Description

UCCX 5 with Agent Desktop 5.0

On an incoming call to Agent Desktop the fields display Device,Type,Description,Duration

For one agent it displays in these fields:

390,Agent,Smith John, 00:00:30

For another agent it displays:

392,Agent,Extension: 392,00:00:30

The question is: Where does the Description field get it's info from? I want to replace "Extension: 392" in the description field with the Agent's name.

Did you look at Cisco desktop Administrator? It will give you an idea about Agent desktop settings.
