Hello Everyone,
Does anyone know if there is a way to gather all the serial numbers for phones in a report using Call Manager 5 or above only and not any third party tools?

Hi Angel,
Here are four threads that speak to this issue, and detail some 3rd party products that can get this info. I have known people that include the Serial # in the phone description (via handheld scanner) so they can get at this info easily later on.

Nothing that I know of in CUCM itself but there is a really slick third party tool that you can install on any server to get the serial numbers.
