It works in cases the client sends DHCP request and the PE forwards it to the helper address. This command seems to be accepted (and works) by 12.SB. "ip dhcp use vrf" is added to enable/disable the use of VRF configured on the interface receiving the DHCP packet by the IOS DHCP server code when making an allocation.
