Hello Dave,

Have you confirmed with your telco that you are paying to have name delivery on your PRI? From my experience, if you have name delivery, you should see the name come across on debug isdn q931? Depending on how telco sends the name, they may send in clear text, or it may be sent in hex characters.

Our PRI does support the name delivery, as calls from my deskphone would show the caller name.

I'm guessing the issue is with H323 GW<->CallManager because I see the CM pass the caller name when I call from the deskphone, but not when I call using Mobile Voice Connect. Caller number is passed correctly.

If we don't insert the caller name, the PSTN provider inserts its own name. That's why this is a requirement...
