there are 4 agents configure in a bank.
i want to do so that internal dialing is not allowed through bank premises but they are able to do call through 0800-xxxxx
so what i have to do to solve this problem .
any seperate calling search space is required or something else...

Let me see if I understand your Q:
U like 4 agents restricted to call internally but can call outside and reach any one in the Queue:
for this you don't need seperate CSS just an outbound dialing capability.
To prevent agents from dialing each other (wonder why you want to do that) you have to create seperate CSS.
This is more of a CM and IPT question.

No Let me Clear First ...
i am a bank employee like work in IT department.
with alot of extension configured.
4 agents are there like 5001, 5002, 5003, 5004
i want one thing and that is whole bank cant able to dial these extension from locally or IPT.
but the bank is able to dial from outside on UAN number.
agents have to be dial to any bank employee but the bank emplyee was not ....
i think u understand my point ...

Simply assign new PT to the Agent Extensions, and do not include this PT in any CSS assigned to other phones. You will need to include these DNs in CSS assigned to CTI Ports.
