I have confusing with the following CCNA questions:

This is a Class B network but using Class C address right?

192.168.99.x is a class C network. The natural subnet mask for a class C network is or /24.

You have a mask of /19 or so what you have above is a supernet ie. a aggregation of smaller networks into one entry.

Your are right about the subnet address and broadcast address.
