Hi,
I have confusing with the following CCNA questions:
What is the broadcast address and network for station 192.168.99.77/19?
This is a Class B network but using Class C address right?
so the answer should be:
Subnet is 192.168.96.0?
Broadcast IP is 192.168.127.255?

192.168.99.x is a class C network. The natural subnet mask for a class C network is 255.255.255.0 or /24.
You have a mask of /19 or 255.255.224.0 so what you have above is a supernet ie. a aggregation of smaller networks into one entry.
Your are right about the subnet address and broadcast address.
