How many pairs of drives in RAID 1+0 do you have in these boxes? Do you have 2 pairs or just 1 pair?
Multiple partitions on 1 pair of drives doesn't gain you anything, so I would not bother. Cisco don't recommend anything. You can put everything in C:.
The only thing you may consider is a partition for Ghost images - that would make a restore of a PG or a CVP CallServer easy.
If you have 2 pairs of drives (say C: and D:) on your database machines (Rogger, AW, EIM) then follow the Cisco recommendations for the install. Install MS SQL on the C: drive and allow it to create the normal DBs there (master, tempdb). Create and build the ICM DB on the D: drive.
With EIM. I put the eGMaster on C: and eGActive on D:
CVP Reporting server is a special case.
