make sure on each cluster u have

roue pattren point to other cluster through the corsponding ICT

make sure useres have access to the ICT and all configured with right partitions and CSS

also make sure u r using the right codec on both sides

Hi Haitham,

Please confirm the routing between the voice vlans in the two clusters. During the call setup each CallManager instructs its corresponding phone to begin RTP transmission with the IP address of the remote phone. That communication depends reachability between the two phones. Test to confirm that reachability and you'll likely find the problem. You could use sniffer traces, ping tests, traceroutes, etc to test.
