consultative transfer not working

Hi all,

I use cme4.1 with 12.4(15)T4 IOS.

After I set some translation profiles and rules for separate accounting purpose (shared call manager between 3 companies with separate voice ports) the full-consultative transfer stopped to work. When I want to transfer, both calls remain in hold state and I get a busy tone, although the local-consultative and blind transfer is still working.

However when I set the local-consult transfer and I want to initiate a three party hardware assisted ad-hoc conference only 2 party-s are joined the third party is dropped. If I set back to blind transfer the three party conference call is working fine.

Here is my related conf:

I think you are missing the transfer pattern. In Cisco Unified CME 4.0(1) and later versions, the line button for a monitored line can be used as a DSS for a call transfer when the monitored line is in-use, provided that the actual call transfer can succeed; for example, when the monitored line is configured for Call Forward Busy or Call Forward No Answer.
