IPCC 5 Supervisor Applica

Hi and thanks for your time

I have a IPCC 5 Server.

I created a user with the roles administrator, supervisor and agent.

I am able to login as administrator and as agent but when i try to login as supervisor i get the error message that the credentials are incorrect.

Does anybody have an idea what could cause this ??

This is a common problem. The Supervisor Desktop password is managed seperatly in CAD only. The default pass for a supervisor should be his login name twice. Both for user and password, from CSD at this point you can change it. Also if this doesnt work download CAD Desktop Administrator and change the paassword of the supervisor from the personel configuration area. just right click ont he naem and choose properties. Should be good to go from here!

Iterestingly, I have seen the same problem and I guessed that supervisor info is not replicated from UCCM. Thanks for the tiny info on the default supervisor password(username twice). let me try it and see if it works.
