Call Manager 6.1, Unity v5

Will be implementing in a lab setup Call Manager 6.1 (Publisher and Subscriber ) and Unity v5 with a Cisco 3800 series, 2 VWics and 2 PRIs.

This is a first time setup and installation, using third party hardware( Hp Server meets Call manager support prereqs).

1. Has anyone installed Call Manager 6.1 using third party servers instead of the cisco branded preinstalled systems, and if so, how dificult is it to install the OS?

2. I have not worked with PRIs or call mamager/unity before, and am using this a test to develop a template Scope of work for such installations. Does anyone have a starting template I could use and modify for a deliverable scope of work for clients for call manager 6.1 (publisher/subscriber setup ) with Unity that would give me an idea of what to include in said Scope of work?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
