Hii,,

Is there is a link kelps me to understand, install, configure IVR to be integrated with CCM 4.2, and if I can install IVR in the same server with CCM

you can install CRS on the CM 4.X and below server, however it will be in very limited capacity, I would strongly recommand dedicated server.
