Data is Absent in Reports Created by the CAR Tool (CUCM.6.X)

Data is not available for the date range. Data is available only from xx-yyy-zzzz to xx-yyy-zzzz, and no reports are generated in CUCM 6.x. I have also checked the service parameters(CDR Enabled Flag/Call Diagnostics Enabled) as given in the document but no reports are generated.I have also check the TAC Case Collection but found the resolution for CallManager version 4.x.



I have this problem too.

Hi all,

I have same issue with CAR.No CDR data is availbale in a particular peride of time.please find the error message i got...

any one resolve this issue?
