Hi,

Here is simple situation I have:

PBX----<E1>----SIP Proxy ---- <SIP Trunk> ---- GW ----<H.323>----CCME

There is local directory configured on CCME. Now if you are calling from analog phone connected to PBX to number that is attached to IP Phone details about calling number are properly read from directory and displayed on IP Phone. If you are calling from same phone to other number on PBX that is redirected to IP Phone number then data from directory is not retrieved even tho properly calling number is displayed on IP Phone. No translation occurs on GW or CCME router, cisco-ani is identical in both situations.

Any ideas why its working differently?
