CUCM 6.1(2) new build

New install, cannot access CCM serviceability or ccmuser. Get 'Database Communication error'

Am able to access OS administrator

using username of 'administrator'

I have re-booted and re-imaged

Can anyone help?

Hi,

I am facing the same problem, brand new install of CUCM Business Edition 6.1.2.1000-13. I read the posts that Rob posted, still to try them while I wait on TAC, but have noticed that when i run a "utils services list" I see the following:

the "A Cisco DB" service is not running and does not want to start:

admin:utils service list

Requesting service status, please wait...

System SSH [STARTED]

Cluster Manager [STARTED]

Service Manager is running

Getting list of all services

>> Return code = 0

A Cisco DB[STOPPED] Component is not running A Cisco DB

Just found the answer on another post.

Seems that there may be a bug here?

did the reset administrator user and password
