Transfering To another VM Box from a phone in CCM 612

I am having a problem with CCM 612 Business edition, in that I can't tranfer an incoming call to another persons voicemail box.

In previous version of CCM, all you needed to do was hit transfer button and then the VM button, press # and the extension number and hit transfer again. This does not work in CCM 612.

Has anyone come across this issue?

I have this problem too.
