Hi,
I am having a problem with CCM 612 Business edition, in that I can't tranfer an incoming call to another persons voicemail box.
In previous version of CCM, all you needed to do was hit transfer button and then the VM button, press # and the extension number and hit transfer again. This does not work in CCM 612.
Has anyone come across this issue?

Have you tried * (star) instead of # (pound)?

You need to create a CTI Route Point & then build a DN that forwards the call to vmail. The link shows for an older version, but it is still done the same way. I have a system for 6.0.1 done this way.
