Upgrading NAM ( a newbie)

Hi,

I am totally new to using/upgradation of NAM.

Switch-1 :

NAM application image version: 3.4(1a)

Maintenance image version: 2.1(3)

NAM Daughter Card Micro code version: 1.34.1.27 (NAM)

BIOS Version: 4.0-Rel 6.0.9

Installed patches:

No patches are installed on this system.

Switch2:

NAM application image version: 3.5(1a)

Maintenance image version: 2.1(2)

NAM Daughter Card Micro code version: 1.34.1.28 (NAM)

BIOS Version: 4.0-Rel 6.0.9

Installed patches:

No patches are installed on this system.

We want to Upgrade Switch-1-NAM, Please help me....with entire procedure to upgrade NAM, also please let me know where i will get th image or related softwares for upgradation.

Sumit,

Here are step by step instructions for upgrading your NAM. You will need a valid service contract to download NAM software from CCO.
