After configuring MWI ephone-dn for voice mail, a command "application ccn" gets added under all ephone-dn's upon restart engaging all the extensions such that no calls can be made from the phones.
I would to mention that every thing is working ok, only upon restart is when the command gets added in all ephone-dn.
normal operation resumes when i remove that command. how can i stop it from reccurring when i reload.
