We have a UCCX 5.0
Our helpdesk manager wants to retain all the recorded files for a period of 30 days instead of the default 7 days.
Is there a setting on the UCCX to change the lifetime of all the recorded files to be 30 days ?
Or does one has to manually change each recorded files to have an extended lifetime?
We have been through this a bunch, and I am assured 7 days is it. We to have had to listen,then rename and save to folder for our recordings.
