I have 25 skills assigned to my agents, but it is saying you cannot go above this. However, I know with a 7845 you can assign 50 skills per agent. Does anyone know where this parameter is set?

All server types should allow you to assign agents up to 50 skills, but 25 CSQs. Are you not able to assign agent to more than 25 skills?

Each CSQ is assigned 1 skill, I wanted to assign 50 skills to my agents. Does that help?

Can I ask why - that's a lot of skill groups. What does an agent do that they can have 50 different skills?

Well we design each new application this way
CSQ_Test_Admin ----- will have test_admin skill assigned to it. We have 100 applications created with this type of design correlating to each client name. Do you see a better way of doing it?

I'm not really a UCCX specialist, so it's hard for me to comment specifically. Let me ask a more philosophical question.
Are you using this large number of skill groups to control the routing precisely, or to get stats on calls for each "client name"?

Yup, you hit it right on the head.
