UC500 - drop the line after transfer

we have a uc520 running 124-11.XW8 with 2 bri and 4 fxo. when i am receiving a call via the bri everything is working fine. when i got a call from the fxo lines & i transfer the call to another extension, if the extension did not pick up the headset and the line transferred, the extensions still ring but when we pickup the headset the line drops.

example: we have a 7931 (operator) & a 7911 (simple user), when the 7931 is transferring the line if the 7911 answer it and "talk" with the operator...then the operator is transferring the line everything is working fine...if the 7931 just transfer the line when the 7911 answer that call it drops immediately.

Please advise

The calls dropped immediately because there may be no matching to the dial peer.
