Is there a way with in an IVR script to invoke an HTTP Trigger that has already been created on the system?
thanks

You need to add a new 'call contact' variable and use it for the place call step. The HTTP trigger uses the 'triggering contact' so you need a second one. But I would recommand CVP for distributed contact centers where calls arrive at mutliple locations or for deployment with complex self service apps. Everything else is better suited in my opinion at this time for IPIVR.

Hi,
Is it possible to generate multiple parallel IVR calls using CRS application.
Basically we have to write a script where in emergency situation mulpile parallel outbound calls are generated by IVR.
Any idea on this?We have IPCCX5.0 and CUCM 6.0.
I read in the Cisco forum "" We would have to develop a custom application that launches UCCX scripts using HTTP triggers
in order to place outbound calls"
Any idea on this one?

Hi,
I am using this concept to make a call out by IPIVR 5.0.
when the call connects I want to play a prompt to the called party.
Call gets connected on IVr dialout but getting an error while trying to announce prompt to called party(attached is the error and script).
The call is initiated by a URL, which initites the script using http://
Pls help...
thanks
