AFAIK - there is no tool to convert from conduit to acl. What version are you currently running - and what version are you upgrading to?

Hi,
In the same PIX i have conduit and ACL also.. Now i want to convert all conduit to ACL...

There is not tool - you will have to do it manually.

I found this:-
Converting the conduit and outbound Commands
The recommended method for converting conduit and outbound commands is to use the OCC tool. However, the OCC tool is only supported on Windows and Solaris. To convert conduit and outbound commands on Linux or Macintosh, you must use the online Output Interpreter tool. See https://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/OutputInterpreter/home.pl.

Thanks for info..
I have tried thru output intrepretter ..But sh conduit command is not supporting..
But i have to try with OCC

Sateesh,
If you paste the output from a "show run" into the output interpretter - it should highlight and suggest the conduit<>acl conversion.
