DMA fails as CDR export fails

I am trying to do a DMA backup, but it fails due to CDR. I do not need CDR, I tried disabling the services and from the service parameters but DMA still fails...

I am not able to do a CDR export from the CAR tool...I tried purging all records from the CDR db.

any ideas,

first of all you need to mention the version you have and the version to which you want to go

CDR and ART DB are not the same, so if you only purged the CDR DB try purging the CAR DB.

I am on CCM 4.1.3 and I'm upgrading to CCM6.0

CDR and CAR are purged.

I think it was either because I was on RDP or because of CSA.

When I switched to VNC and also disabled CSA, it now passes the CDR phase and creates the TAR file.

It fails when validating the file...
