Need help on ipcc exp call flow.

Hello Seniors. I want to know how call flow is going on in IPCC EXP.

2, I want to know how skill,resource,csq,application,triggers,

script,resource group, skill group is associated. where it starts, where it ends.I hope you understand my question. I want clarication on all this. how all the above are working togather.

Hi Geoff. Not training, i Just want to know how it is linked. I have read it from the cisco documents, but not able to get where it is starting where it finishing.
