Hi!
You can check this, might help:
1. Verify that a CTI application user is created in CCM
2. Verify that the test phone is associated to this CTI user
3. Verify that the phone is a supported model
4. Verify in UTIM that Message Locator and Message Monitor boxes are checked
5. In UTIM check that the user verifies successfully
6. Double chect the Authentication URL in CCM, use IP address instead of hostname.
Hope this helps!

Hi,
Thanks for the response.
I have done the six steps above successfully and I still get the same error.

Make sure that in SA Web under the subscriber's Features menu you've got the correct check boxes selected. Also, have you tried doing a full reset on the phone since the configuration of Phone View?
I recommend going over this guide:

Hi, eventually got Phone View working.
If you leave a call to RNR then unity takes the call and Phone View pops up a (ZX81 style) graphics window allowing user to monitor message. Customer was really impressed. Until...
User logs off the phone and Phone view still kicks in on the same phone, even though user not logged on. I think I may have discovered a bug?
Anyway customer decided that they did not want it after seeing that.

What was the issue that you fixed that wasn't allowing it to be displayed?

I am not entirely sure, except a reboot.
It just started working.
