Hello,
I had Message Notification working in CUE 2.3 a while back. However, now it's not working. I have it enabled and the correct phone number entered, but it's not notifying.
I did realize that the difference between when I had it working before and now is that I used to be on CME/CUE. Now I have full CCM as the back end call processing.
Do I have to do something special in CCM to get this to work again?

have you defind the MWI numbers on CCM?
have a look at the following config example address a case similer to urs

Hi,
Yep, I did all that. The MWI works fine. It's the "Notification Feature" (the one that will call your cell or home phone if you have a message) that's not working.
