IPM 2.6 Realtime Poller

Hi:

I'm working with IPM 2.6 actually, i configured a collectors and i can see the Statistics Graphics, but when i trie to see the realtime statistics graphics the following error appears:

Cannot start the real time poller.

Check whether Source Device is reachable and that the IPM SNMP server is running.

exception IPMException.PollerFailedToStart {}

Could anybode help me or suggeste me anything?

I made some troubleshooting with the Message Log Client and debugging IPM Process Manager and RTPServer.

the loggin shows in the RTPServer process that is unable to calculate normalize time

I attach the loggs and i hope anybody could suggest me anything

could you post your probe configuration and chassis/IOS version(s) of the objects that make up the datastream for the collector ?

actually we have Routers Cisco 1841, the IOS are an ADVANCEENTERPRISEK9-M 12.3(8)T11 (c1841-adventerprisek9-mz.123-8.T11.bin) and a SPSERVICESK9-M 12.3(14)YT1 (c1841-spservicesk9-mz.123-14.YT1.bin).

In both versions show the same error.

Im attaching you the configuration.
