Unity - Media Master Control

Unity 5.0(1) running as VM on box only. Problem with cisco pca It get a Media Master error of unable to connect to the voice server when I try and play or record anything via pca whether the device is set to phone or pc audio.

This works fine from a browser on the Unity server.

I have disabled firewall on PC and AV and check DCOM is running on PC and unity server.

Any ideas?

Make sure the computer you are on can resolve the hostname of the Unity server. You may need to a DNS record on your network to resolve the Unity server.
