Hi,
I swapped the 7941 phone for another and now the agent cant log in. She gets the message"cannot go to ready state when the phone is out of service. Other state changes are possible.
what do I need to look at? Would restarting the ctimanager service on the server help? Would it affect any agent in the ready state?
CRS 4.0.3(80)
Thanks,
Randall

Hi Randall,
Did you re-associate the phone to the user (CTI Controlled device)?

I put back her old phone and get the error. So she is still associated with the old phone

Also, make sure that the phone itself is associated with RM User.

How do I check that? i must not be looking in the right place.
What about restarting the cti manager service?

starting the ctimanager service on both servers fixed the problem and it also knowcjed off the other agents.
