VPIM problem

I need to integrate between unity 4.0(5)& CUE with VPIM.

I did on unity the locations,DNS,extending schema for vpim and exchange voice connector and vpim license.

In CUE i did the locations,local location,dns server.

BUT integration does not work in both directions.

from unity to cue i hear remote location doesnot respond.

from cue to unity i hear the remote recipient does not exist.

what is wrong?
