Service Cisco Call Manager down

Hi Netpro

After the upgrade from 4.X to 6.1(2) with a database exported through the DMA tool, a procedure that will end with no errors, were loaded files respective licenses and services were activated, but the service Cisco Call Manager then you got to changes in state Started Not Running after a couple of minutes.

And resources ANN, MTP, CFB are not register in the CUCM 6.1(2)

Make sure you have both Node and SW Feature License.

For the MTP, ANN and CFB, first check that IPVMS service is activated.

We had some bugs for that which require DB acccess to delete-re add Media Resources

The license file it generated by TAC case and have the license for nodes.

I have all the services activated and start, only have problems whit Call Manager service
