Can anyone confirm if you can run separate routing tables within each context or does the whole physical box have the one routing table.

I would like to setup five separate context each with its own VLAN for the front end and backend virtual IP.

I would then split the servers according to each context. The problem is if you have one routing table then all routes going back through the ACe will be via the same interface as the ACE will route on the destination when the traffic comes back.
