I want to ask if there is a way to configure the CDR V4.2 with CCM 4.2 to generate a bill for each extention, and to configure the duration for each dial peer for example. the local call, mobile, long and international.


I have this problem too.

if a user logs to CDR with their credential they will get only their information

CDR logs ALL info into the same DB, other way is to simply log into CAR as an admin an perform the reports per user

no way to configure the duration, many have tried in the past. the only option that has been mentioned around was TCL scripts to do that, but you would need to develop it
