cisco 3560G rebooring

i have 3560G switch with ios c3560-ipbase-mz.122-35.SE5.bin.

it is getting rebooting.find below output while rebooting automatically.

which is part of GOLD POST is failed.

This is hardware issue & you need to change the hardware, get it RMA/replaced done.

Its failing a "POST" test you will to get it RMA'd by cisco.
