Internal call issue

Two users based are having the following problem:

User - xyz

Ext. - 2295

DDI - 01225784295

User - uvw

Ext. - 2297

DDI - 01225784297

These two users are having problem with their internal calling, when they call anyone within Trapeze the other end user can hear them but the problem user can't hear from the person they are calling to. It looks like one way communication. Any idea to what the problem is, I am not sure about this.

What is the topology?

All phones same VLAN?

Connecitvity bewteen the phones?

Asymetric routing?

Any Firewall, secuirty device?

Phone model, firmware and CUCM version?
