Recently we've been running into an issue where something has ruined our ability to use the TSP provider from our desktops. All of a sudden the .tsp file in not able to be configured or removed. I've tried everything I can think of to resolve this issue, but nothing seems to work. I'm hop\ing that perhaps something has run into this issue before and can assist.
Thanks,
STeve

TSP Uninstall fail when multiple TSPs installed, To resolve this issue follow the instruction it will help you. TSP can be uninstalled by executing CiscoTSP.exe and choosing "Uninstall" option in the dialog box

The resolution to this issue was that two windows DLL files had been overwritten by a new software install, and they broke the TSP. I deleted them, and then reinstalled the TSP to resolve the issue.
Thanks,
Steve
