What is the way to get the arp table on an ASA using snmp? I tried doing an snmp walk on .1.3.6.1.2.1.4.22, which works on a Cisco router, but got nothing.

Thanks

Mike

To view the ARP table, use the show arp command in privileged EXEC mode. The display output shows dynamic, static, and proxy ARP entries. Dynamic ARP entries include the age of the ARP entry in seconds. Static ARP entries include a dash (-) instead of the age, and proxy ARP entries state "alias."

what you are trying to accomplish in the ASA is not supported.

You already has configured SNMP on the ASA but it seems that there is no MIB that supports

to extract the ARP table and send it to that tool.

Here you have the link with the SNMP configuration and also there is a section that

indicates all the MIB supported, unfortunately there is nothing to obtain the ARP table.

there is nothing supported in version 7.x either, Checked the MIB

but nothin related with that.
