Ring Back Fails Between 6.x and 4.x

I have a 4.x Call Manager system tied to a 6.x UC system via an ICT.

When a call is made to the reception on the 4.x side and she transfers the caller to a 6.x phone, the caller never hears ring back - yet the call goes thru and the calling part does hear his phone ring.

This is only happening to this one phone!!

I have this problem too.
