Basically what I am after is; how is the call data stored? I have someone asking if they can get the call data exported so they can run custom reports on it?

CRS 4.0(4)SR_01_Build029

I have this problem too.

What call data are you referring too? If it is Enterprise Data there are ten, and only ten, values that are stored to the historical reporting database. These are fields 231 through 240.

Enterprise Data and how to configured it within Desktop Administrator is outlined within the Cisco Desktop Administrator User's Guide 6.4 for Unified CM starting on page 25.

Once the data exists within dba_cra, you can report on it as you would normally mine data out. If there is not a standard Historical Report for what you seek, you can create a custom one or replicate the data off-box to a reporting engine of your choosing.
