Personal callback not getting set

This is Vikram from Servion and I am facing problem in setting personal with customized application.

We are doing test with two applications

1 Cisco out of box-In this personalized callbacks are getting set and also getting populated in both tables.

2 Customized application- With this its working intermittently, means sometimes its getting set but not always.

Registry configuration and testing process remains same for both testing.



I have this problem too.

The personal callback feature requires the default skill. Please You should request that the PG Explorer tool create a default skill for a generic PG if one is missing.
