Hi,
I am trying to set up a call forward when busy or no answer etc from a phone to another phone that has Unity VM.
I can forward the calls successfully, but when the call then forwards to VM, it goes to a generic Unity greeting instead of to the forwarded VM mailbox.
It would appear that Unity is looking at the original call number and not the call forwarded number.
Where can this be changed? Have looked in the DN in CUCM there are option for called number or redirected number etc but I am unable to get it working.

Hi,
Yes, you can get round this via an alternate extension. A call routing table solves the problem as well, just put the DN that forwarded the call to VM as the forwarded number and it should work, more info attached:
