Hello Arup,
I would point to a multilayer switch like 4503.
If you need real WAN ports on the device you need a router or you can get a 6500 chassis and use a flexwan module + PAs or SIP and SPA combination (far better performance).
As router I wouldn't go under a C3845 for WAN links (up to 2 T3/E3) combined with a C4503 as campus core/distribution.

Any router that supports multicast should support multicast video. Only the question of adequate performance remains. You haven't provide enough infomation for "sizing" the routing device.
