Issue with Manaul Removing Cisco VPN Client

I had all kinds of issue Cisco VPN Client 5.0 version so i have been trying to remove it manually with this instruction. - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/secursw/ps2308/products_tech_note09186a0080094b7f.shtml

now when i got to the step where i needed to delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Deterministic Networks in registry, i am getting 'Error while deleting key' error. of course i've looked at permission and ensure that i have full control and owner of that key.

I badly need to fix this. please advise!

Make sure you disable all anti-virus program on the PC before you install the VPN client.This may solve the issue.ALso check for the administrative rights provided in order to delete a registry key.try installing the client again after performing these steps.
