Not sure what is happening, if you delete a working code, and re-add it using same AUth level? What happens?

If you want root case we will need CUCM

DBMon

DBNotify

CCM SDI

CCM SDL

And check replication is ok.

You can restart CUCM service if config is correct to force a re-read from DB.
